James “Ryan” Hatcher is eager to fulfill the position of Director of Life Enrichment at The Seabrook of Hilton Head. He has an extensive and diverse background with senior adults. Ryan’s experience began at an early age when he assisted in the care of his elderly grandparents. Because of this, he developed a passion and desire to make the lives of seniors more meaningful, productive, and enjoyable. Through the proper education, Ryan became a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Certified Medication Assistant. He has used his education and experience at skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.
Ryan eventually expanded his career as an Assisted Living Lifestyle Director which led him to The Seabrook. Through this position he hopes to plan and implement social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for the community and individuals alike.
Ryan is a Georgia native and doggy dad to Sookie, his energetic dapple dachshund. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys listening to a variety of music, reading, spending time with friends, and watching movies of various genres.
