As Chief Financial Officer, Oliver Charlot has the direct responsibility of leading The Seabrook’s finance operations, driving budget management excellence and achieving performance results. Oliver is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in various management positions. He has 10 years of experience as a CFO/Controller for several Home Health agencies, non-profit Hospice and Private Duty services. He also spent six years as Chief Financial Officer for a Rehabilitation Hospital in Savannah, where he took the hospital from start-up to full occupancy in three years and exceeded budgeted EBITDA five out of six years. Oliver has a Master’s degree in accounting and finance from the Graduate School of Management in Pau, France. He also obtained an MBA from the University of South Alabama. In his spare time, he enjoys playing league tennis and traveling to Europe and the islands with his wife of over 20 years and his son who is currently a student at the University of Georgia.
